WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY

Reimagine. Recreate. Restore

To mark the importance of nature and environment, a ‘World Environment Day’ was celebrated virtually on June 5, 2021 under the aegis of DOE.

Following the theme of this year, ‘Eco system Restoration’ a number of online quizzes, essay writing competitions, webinars, poster making activities etc. were organized that encouraged our students to reflect on what we can do to make our planet a more sustainable and livable place. The overwhelming participation of the students not only enhanced their creativity in this Covid tough time but also nurtured in them the sense of saving the environment.

The year 2021 also welcomed the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration that inspired our future generation to work together so as to have better future prospect. To work in sync with saving our environment is what we at JMJ tend to inculcate in our roots through such noble endeavors.
