VOCABULARY RELAY
On 18th April, the students of Class 1 and 2 participated in an engaging activity titled Vocabulary Relay. The activity was organised to enhance the students’ vocabulary and build their confidence in speaking simple sentences in English.
The students were asked to prepare flash cards on A4 size sheets using a word that begins with the first letter of their name. They drew colourful pictures and labelled them neatly. During the activity, each student came forward, showed their flash card, and spoke a simple sentence related to the word.
The classroom was filled with enthusiasm as students confidently presented their work. The activity not only helped them improve their vocabulary but also encouraged creativity and public speaking skills.
The teachers appreciated the efforts of the students and motivated them to participate actively. Overall, the Vocabulary Relay was a fun-filled and educational experience that made learning enjoyable and meaningful.
