Poster Making on Mental illness for Classes XI & XII

Mental illness  affects 19% of the adult population, 46% of teenagers and 13% of children each year, However, only half of those affected receive treatment, often because of the stigma attached to mental health.

 In order to raise awareness about mental illness , eliminate the stigma and bias, Jesus Mary Joseph Sr. Sec School organized a poster making activity on mental illness  on 16 November 2021 for the students of classes XI and XII .

Through this poster making activity ,an attempt was made to educate the students about mental illness.

Both the judges Ms.Preethi Baiju and Ms Maria has  highly appreciated the creativity of the participants .

Winners of the competition are as follows :
