Glimmers of Poetry

On 3 August, 2022, an entrancing English Activity, ‘Glimmers of Poetry’ was conducted for class XI which added colors to the vision of student’s interests.

Poetry is said to be “The best words in the best order”; believing this, students were encouraged to write down their favourite poems. All the students enthusiastically participated and put down their best thought as to which poet/poetess inspired and charmed their soul. They all penned down their ideal poems and presented them in attractive sheets of paper. Every sheet portrayed each student’s engrossing ability to think and expressed their creativity. Every mind’s different perception was highly impressive.

Also, students learnt about numerous poets and poetesses which had been the sole purpose.

To make the activity notable, students were asked to make posters on their favourite poets/poetess. The entire program was supervised by Ms. Kalpita and Ms. Sumita from the English Faculty.
