COURT VISIT

The students of Legal Studies of Class XI and XII , had the privilege of visiting the Delhi High Court on 20 July,2024. The visit was organized under the encouragement and support of the Principal, Rev. Sr. Thomasamma, and the able guidance of their Legal Studies faculty, Ms. Pooja Chugh. The primary objective of the visit was to provide students with firsthand exposure to the functioning of the judicial system and to deepen their understanding of the rule of law.

During the visit, students observed judicial proceedings and gained valuable insights into various branches of law, including Civil Law, Criminal Law, and Commercial Law. They became acquainted with courtroom procedures, the roles and responsibilities of judges and advocates, and the vital role of the judiciary in upholding justice and safeguarding the rights of citizens.

The experience proved to be both informative and enriching, enabling students to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. It fostered legal awareness, enhanced critical thinking, and cultivated a deeper appreciation for the judicial system. The visit was a memorable educational experience that inspired students to become informed, responsible, and law-abiding citizens.
