Constitution Day also known as ‘Samvidhan Divas’, is celebrated in our country on 26 November every year to commemorate the adoption of the constitution of India. On 26 November 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution of India, which came into effect on 26 January 1950.
As a part of the celebrations, our School conducted the special assembly to highlight and reiterate the values and principles enshrined in the constitution.
The students of the S.St club performed various activities like role play, speech, dance and Poem which made thestudents awareof the fundamental rights and duties. The most important part of the assembly was the pledge taken by the students and the teachers to reaffirm faith and commitment to uphold the Constitution of India.
