BRAIN BATTLE
On 16th October 2025, students of JMJ school came together for an engaging and thought-provoking Brain Battle based on the theme “Mental Health and Stereotypes.” The event aimed to challenge the misconceptions and stigma that continue to surround mental health in today’s society.
Each student participant took the stage with great confidence and insight, speaking on various stereotypes that persist—such as the belief that “mental illness is a sign of weakness,” “therapy is only for people with serious problems”. The participants brought out the reality behind these misconceptions, emphasizing that mental health is just as important as physical health and that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
The Brain Battle truly served as a reminder that mental health matters—and that conversations like these pave the way for change.
