AEROBICS WALTZ ACTIVITY
Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness. Keeping this in consideration, an activity on aerobics was held for the students of classes VI-VIII on 9 November, 2022. Great efforts were put in by these students. They were passionate and excited to participate in this activity. Everyone enjoyed aerobics to the fullest.
